J Rayl Transport, Inc. (JRayl) is a third generation, family-owned and operated, full service transportation Company.  The Rayl family began its operation in Akron, Ohio in response to the needs of local tire companies.  Today, Akron remains the Corporate Headquarters for operations of recently opened terminals in Columbus, Ohio; Danville, Virginia; Houston and Dallas, Texas.

Since its inception in 1987, JRayl has strived to meet the needs of all customers through hard work and innovative strategic planning.  JRayl has been able to maintain and expand its customer base through its ability to provide several logistics options for a variety of commodities.

We have over 200 power units and 500 dry vans servicing the United States and Canada.  These units are strategically placed at our terminals depending on the needs of our customers.  In addition, a full service brokerage, JRayl Logistics, Inc. provides our customers with cost saving solutions for all their transportation needs.
