Holy Wings Batman!! (12/02/09)
by Wing Warehouse

You hate to show your cards to someone responsible for "selling" to you but this has felt more like a partnership than a sales job. Last week things started to really pick up. Even better is that it has been an even split between food and beverage - i.e. it is no longer a bar crowd. In fact, we have slowed down between the hours of 10pm and 2am from previous weeks and are overall sales numbers are still going up. The meal crowd is much easier to manage than the bar crowd so plans are working. >Yesterday and today we have been absolutely slammed with >many people making reference to the menu in the paper. We >had to call in extra help at 7pm to keep up. They said we >had about 30 phone calls yesterday afternoon asking where >we were exactly. >Can you tell I am a little excited.... > >We'll want to make a switch on our regular ad for the >football pick next week. I think this one, we'll list our >kitchen hours so people know when we are open. > >THANKS!

If it's local, they cover it. (01/05/10)

As metro daily newspapers are undergoing identity crises and losing circulation, The Review is a solid local newspaper that concentrates on anything local in Alliance and surrounding communities. They do a nice job covering your news and they have an excellent local sports section. If you are looking for local advertising or even regional inserts and coupons, they have that too. It is definitely worth the .34 cents for daily home delivery.

We had to call in extra help at 7pm to keep up. They said we had about 30 phone calls yesterday afternoon asking where we were exactly. If we have a slight increase this week from last (which it appears we will) we will pass one of the other stores that has 3 to 4 times the amount of seating. Can you tell I am a little excited....
