Here at the Alliance Family YMCA we build strong kids, strong families and a strong community.  We offer something for everyone.  State of the art fitness equipment including treadmills, eliptcals, arc trainers and more.  3 lines of strength equipment.  We also offer over 40 group fitness classes weekly, including group cycling, power pump and cardiokick boxing to name a few.  We are proud participates in the Silver Sneaker fitness program for our seniors.

We have a swimming pool, large double gym, game room, sauna and jacuzzi.

Our aquatics department offer swimming lesson and water fitness classes.

The YMCA offers gymnastics lessons for the beginner and the competive gymnast.
