Lutheran Village of Ashland

Established in 2000, Lutheran Village of Ashland (LVA) is one of Ashland's newer assisted living communities. This beautiful community offers private suites, companionship, nutritious meals and a host of varied activities with around-the-clock nursing supervision and assistance. Located in a quiet residential section near the edge of town, the pleasant and tranquil scenery gives you the feeling of being right at home.

Assisted Living at LVA provides healthcare as well as security and support. Residents receive the help they need when they need it and discover the leisure and freedom to enjoy new friends and sense of peaceful fellowship.

Life Enrichment Program

Lutheran Village of Ashland offers a vast array of opportunities and events for entertainment.  Residents, depending on their inclinations and health, can choose to participate in as much or as little as they wish.  While we have an activities coordinator who plans special events and acts as a host organizer, many of the most enjoyable activities are resident initiated.

 Respite Care

“Respite” means “a break” or “a time for rest or relief”.  Our Respite program gives the caregiver and the care receiver an opportunity to replenish their energy and refresh themselves with new experiences and insights.  Individuals can come from home as well as skilled care facilities for a respite stay.  Seniors can stay for a few days, or much longer if desired.  The respite stay is generally designed for visits ranging up to ninety days.

 Pets Welcome

Pets play a natural and wonderful part in health and wellbeing.  LVA is pleased to permit residents to bring their small pet with them.

 All private apartments include bathrooms and kitchenettes with a microwave and refrigerator.
