Quote was for home and detached garage, when showed up to jobsite stated the quote was only for the home. Tore off 1/4 of the roof in the rain, home sustained damage from the rain. We agreed on tongue and groove wood to replace visible overhang, 1" by x" if tongue and groove not available. Bachtel's used OSB (looks horrible). STAY AWAY FROM OR BE DIS-SATISFIED! Refused rest of payment until Bachtel's fixed issue, never came back for OSB replacement. Received a letter from Bachtel's lawyer demanding payment. Unresponsible, blamed their miscommunication on the customer.
