I made an appointment with Dr Wakefield after my current dentist quit taking my insurance. I had seen her ad in the Daily-Jeff, she seemed like a nice person and I have seen her brand new office on Steubenville Ave several times. I went to my appointment and everyone in the office was so nice. It felt like I was visiting old friends. The hygienist was very professional and made my teeth feel so clean. Then I met Dr Wakefield. Hands down, this has to be the nices person I've ever met. She absolutely made me feel so relaxed, so comfortable and grateful that I was in her office. I've never had that experence before from a dentist (and I have been to several here in town). I am very glad that Dr Darcy Wakefield, decided to build her office in Cambridge. She's great! Again, Dr Wakefield is great. My old dentist was always way to pushy. He always wanted me to do more and more. Well more and more is more and more money. She was able to tell me the best way to maintain a healthy mouth. I did need to get a filling done and I have to say that it went pretty smooth and painless. She was very respectable to me and made me feel comfortable, because I was a little nervous. My family and I will always go to her. My kids love her. Thank you, Joy

Last Friday, I went to Dr Wakefields and had my teeth whitened with the ZOOM Whitening light. It's AMAZING. My teeth were your typical coffee drinking and smoker teeth. In less than a hour my teeth color changed dramaticlly. Dr Wakefield has TV's at every dental chair, so I watched TV the entire time. I am so impressed with the ZOOM Whitening, I haven't quit smiling all weekend. Plus, she sent me home with touch up whitening and bleaching trays. Dr Wakefield's staff is so nice and her new office is beautiful. Eddie

I've always gone another dentist in town that was just punching the clock. Dr Wakefield is very personable and caring. I'm a big man, but dentist scare me. Dr Wakefield and her girls made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I will never go to another dentist. Keith

I have found a dental office in Cambridge, Ohio that the each member of the office staff has a great personality. From the front office person to the hygienist on up to the doctor herself. I love it when business's and business owners in Cambridge, Ohio not only act professional, but also show that they have a personality. This is a great addition to Downtown Cambridge, Ohio. I couldn't agree more with everything that has been said in all the other reviews. Dr Wakefield and her staff are one of a kind. I have not been treated this well in a dentist office or doctors office in years. The way they actually treat people and communicate on a personal level is very rare and hard to find. I love this office. I saw Dr Wakefield's commercials on TV and thought I would give her a try. I am so glad I did. She is a wonderful doctor and really caring person. We are a family of six. We all love her and she works so well with my all four of children. The hygienist on staff is really tallented as well. This is a really great place. It's all new, clean and amazingly friendly. Hands down, this is by far the best dentist in town. From the front desk, to the back room, Dr Wakefield has put together a great bunch of people. They treat you like you want to be treated. They talk with you, like you want to be talked with. Respect is priority there. You can tell that Dr Wakefield had her patients in mind when she built her office. Her office is beautiful and very clean. My wife, children and I will go no where else, but to Dr Darcy Wakefield. Clark

Even though I'm a nurse, I still hate to go to the dentist! I drive from Gnadenhutten to see Dr. Wakefield. Even though I know there are good dentists closer to me, she is the BEST! I've gotten my brother started going to her and I tell anyone who asks me to refer a dentist about her. She is truly as close to "painless" as possible.

I'm so happy with Dr Wakefield and her staff. She is AMAZING with my 11 and 13 year old children and both needed braces. I'm glad Dr Wakefield does the braces, because my kids really like her. She has the best personality. I give the office Dr and her staff an A+, and an A+ for the office cleanliness and an A+ for patient care. Thank you, Trish

My child was sick and I had to cancel the morning of the appointment. I guess they would of rathered my child came in and got sick all over their office and then they would of have had to pay to have the office cleaned and possible have other workers get sick from my child. They charged me $30 for the visit. I called and explained how upset I was on several occasions regarding this fee. I did not understand how they expect someone to know 24 hour in advance a child would be sick. They never returned my call. I got a letter dismissing my immediate family from the practice and the signed agreement I had I would be charged for cancellations. This is a ethical issue. I will not be getting my money back but please be aware you cannot cancel the day of and not be charged for a legitimately sick child.
