Pritchard Laughlin Civic Center

The Pritchard Laughlin Civic Center is a modern civic and convention facility conveniently located at the intersection of I-70 and I-77 in beautiful Southeastern Ohio. Located in Guernsey County, the Center can be reached from I-70 at exit 176 and then turning right onto Route 40 (Glenn Highway) for 1/8 of a mile.

The facility and all services provided within the Center are easily accessible to all. We can provide audio/visual equipment and technical assistance or clients may bring their own equipment. Load-in is facilitated by street level or truck dock doors. Food and beverage service can be provided, including alcoholic beverages, if desired. Pritchard Laughlin Civic Center is now a smoke-free facility.
