Warne Construction handled all aspects of a 700 square foot, two story addition to our home at Seneca Lake from permits to final clean up. Mr Warne was on hand from the start, and his personal commitment, valued input and vast experience resulted in an addition which is beautiful inside and out. Besides deserving recommendations for craftsmanship and professionalism, we found the Warne crew to be very easy to work with and accommodating. Despite many change orders, the project completed on budget Compliments are paid to us by complete strangers as well as construction industry insiders, who gave the workmanship "two thumbs up". We could not be more pleased with the addition, and thank Jack Warne and his crew for a job very well done

Jack Warne Construction has truly rebuilt my house from the inside out during the past seven years. It started with a bathroom, then adding a sunroom and sidewalks, then on to the big redo: changing a kitchen and dining room into a greatroom with a wonderful new kitchen, putting down gorgeous bamboo floors, replacing windows, constructing built-in shelves in the tv room, building a ramp and front deck and topping all this off with a new roof and siding. The crews are always professional in their work and have responded to all my requests in the best way they can. They've even turned off the coffee pot when I forgot. My dogs greet them like long lost friends. Lori and Jack have been fantastic in helping me translate all my magazine clipped pictures and dreams into reality. I would highly recommend the work of this fine company.
