WEIGHT MANAGEMENT CLASSES
Our next weight management class will begin on Monday, September 13 at 6:00 p.m. The classes are free of charge and open to members and non-members. Purchasing the $10 Curves Weight Management guide is a must! Please give us a call at your earliest convenience to sign up for this class. We will meet on the 13th and again on the 20th to make sure you get a good start and completely understand the program. We would like to weigh and measure you prior to the 13th to get a good starting point. Don't delay - the holidays will be upon us before we know it!

Curves offers several "nutrition topics" classes. Each class lasts approximately 30 minutes and is in DVD form taught by a Curves International specialist and facilitated by Janet Reed, owner of Cambridge Curves. Classes begin at 6P.M. and are open to members and non-members.
