Twin Rivers is one of the area's leading providers of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. We offer inpatient and outpatient skilled nursing and rehabilitation, respite care, and long-term care. Trained, compassionate staff and conveniences such as private rehab rooms ensure a stay designed to meet your individual needs. Our therapy gym offers access to rehab services 7 days a week. Our medical directors are Dr. Amer Arshad from the ProMedica Physicians Group and Dr. Stavros Karatsoridis from the Defiance Clinic. We have sixteen local physicians who make rounds on site to follow patient care. Most major insurances accepted. Admissions accepted 24 hours a day every day, even holidays. Business office open Monday thru Friday.
