We signed our contract in March for new siding, deck and shed roof with the promise that our new deck would be done before Memorial Day. Here we sit 6 days before Memorial Day and getting nothing but excuses from "Ed" when he decides to return our phone calls. He was supposed to stop by yesterday but, you guessed it.....didn't show and no phone call. It seems once they get your money you are no longer a priority. I must say though, that the salesman, Doug, was extremely professional and we couldn't have been happier with him.
Once we got past the communication issue they did an awesome job on the deck. They sent a double crew to make sure it would be done on time and it looks awesome!
