AutoSpa Laser Wash in Kent, OH is a 24 hour self-serve car wash. The facility has three service bays and two high-pressure air pumps, plus two vacuum cleaners for customers to use. Coins and credit cards can be used to purchase time in the pressure wash bays or vacuums.
Whoever owns this business is a terrible businessman. When I called to complain that I still had dirt caked to the bottom of my car he said call next time I'm over there and he would send me thru for free. Then he calls my phone back and wants me to meet him there. No - I'm not wasting more gas to drive back at 8:00 at night. I offered to send a picture, but his only response was "Then don't come to my car wash no more." and he hung up on me. GREAT business ethics...not.
