I had a valid gift certificate that I bought and was well within the expiration date. When I presented the certificate the person calling herself the Manager told me they no longer accept. I have a legal contrat that said I could get $25 off on a $35 meal. When I pointed that out the Manager began to yell at me and embarassed me in front of by children and grandchildren. She refused to give me her name or the name of the owner. I called the Crooked River Grill three times leaving my name and phone number before he called me four days later. He started the conversation by callking me an A..hole
What a great local place ! Stopped in with a total of 8 people. The meals were all great wait staff was on the ball BBQ,Steaks, and the prime rib was about the best I have ever had. And what a great idea to bring your own bottle of wine, man that saves a bunch of money over a high priced wine list. they made 8 new customers .
I was to Crooked River on Saturday Dec 12, for our third year in a row for Breakfast with Santa. We had always had a pleasant experience until this day. I had a coupon on my phone and the manager would not accept it, yet no where did it say it needed printed. When I got a coupon today- almost a week later it says to print, hmm ? Then I left a message on facebook that was negative and somehow it disappeared and I can't respond because I was blocked. Not the way to treat customers ! I didn't even mention the food, over priced and overcooked !!
