Yesterday morning my wife and I awoke to an unusually cold house. The thermostat read 58 degrees and was set to 68 degrees. I went downstairs to the furnace and noticed the fan was running but there was no flame. I called your company and less than two hours later Chris Harmon was in my driveway. Chris was friendly and professional. He took time to explain what he was doing and why. He explained my options and remained patient while I conferred with my wife the best course of action. Given the fact the Christmas is less than 2 weeks away, we opted to replace the broken component of our 21 year old furnace, not the furnace itself and got an unbeatable price on the new part and installation.
