Haasz Automall is the place to buy your next car (08/06/10)
by Jackie

This dealership is amazing, everyone here is always helpful. No matter what I came in for service, sales, parts, or bodyshop (yes, I had a small fender bender last winter :(. They always give me the best service no matter how big or small the request is. They have a department that actually helps with their calls and makes sure that when a person from the department you need is not available that they handle the situation!!! If you want to buy a car from a dealership that treats you like family you have found it in HAASZ AUTOMALL!!! They are in Ravenna check them out.

The used car I bought from this dealership needed an alignment because it pulled to the left when test driven and tires needed rotated. The salesman promised me these things would be done when I returned to pick up the car. When I picked up the car, the salesman told me right away that those things had been done. I thanked him and signed my name on the numerous forms to make the car mine. When driving the car home, I discovered it still pulled to the left and my husband, who is very observant noticed the front passenger tire was still the same tire that had been there when we test drove it. So those things were never done. I was lied to by the salesman and it leaves me wondering what else he may have lied about. I guess the old statement is true - "Never trust a used car salesman."
