About Sandra D. Baylor, President - Sandy has 17 years of experience in accounting, tax preparation, and business consulting, including several years of management in overseeing operations for a family owned tax business with offices in Boardman, Ohio and Hubbard, Ohio.  In addition, she is a licensed registed representative of Genworth Financial Securities Corporation where she further advises clients on personal and business retirement and wealth management strategies.
