Mosholder Realty, Inc. was founded by Joe Mosholder in 1964. Joe, a lifetime Tallmadge resident, opened Mosholder Realty at 71 West Avenue in Tallmadge, behind the restaurant currently known as Delanie's. Mosholder Realty remained and expanded at that location until it outgrew the facility. In November 2004, the company moved to it's present location at 10 Northwest Avenue. The new office is now home to Mosholder Realty, Homes by Mosholder, and D.B. Development.

The slogan is "The People Caring Company Since 1964" and after forty years it still proves true.
