What I really like about Carena Motors is that there are no high pressure salesmans like you find at other dealerships and the process of buying my truck was smooth and quick. I recently bought a 2010 Honda Accord from Carena Motors and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I had previously been searching for a used car from the "superstores" thinking they had the largest selection to choose from. However, after experiencing the 'bait & switch' and high pressure sales, I resorted to searching on line for the car I wanted. I found a car at Carena Motors & drove out to take a look at it. After test driving it they, without hesitation, allowed me to drive it to my mechanic, Fuerst Automotive in Broadview Heights, for a complete inspection. They advised me to buy the car after a thorough inspection. Randy gave me a fair trade in value for my car, then helped me obtain financing for the Honda. I drove my new 'used' car home a few hours after I arrived! This is a nuts & bolts dealer that relies on honesty, integrity & trust to make a sale. Go see them!
Good car, great price, but the biggest surprise was the service. I didn’t get any pressure once I arrived and was able to take a test drive with no one else in the car. Carena Motors definitely gets my seal of approval.
