Our boutique skilled nursing facility specializes in short term rehabilitation services, post-acute joint replacement, and stroke therapy. Our skilled nursing rooms are mostly single occupancy. We are proud that most of our rehabilitation patients return home within 30 days of admission. Our therapists and all of our other caregivers are our employees. We do not use outside staffing agencies. Our staffing is stable and well-trained.

Additionally, Legacy Place-Twinsburg provides licensed assisted living services in lovely private and one-bedroom suites. Our assisted living program includes 24-hour nursing comparable to that found in more expensive, old-fashioned nursing homes.
