Panini's Bar and Grill opened its first restaurant in May of 1986 in the heart of Cleveland. Since then, Panini's has grown from a single location, late-night beer and sandwich stop to a full-menu, casual dining restaurant with locations all over Northeast Ohio. We're known for our Famous Overstuffed Sandwich and our Panini's Pizza, but we've got an entire line of menu items that are developing their own following. We offer a variety of appetizers, salads, wraps, sandwiches, and other specialties that our customers recognize for their quality and value.
