Sharron Burge-Voelker opened Sharron’s School of Dance in 1972 with the dream that it would someday evolve into a centre for performing arts. She has been choreographer and guest speaker for many area community theatre groups as well as local school systems. Sharron has judged for Dance Masters of America competitions and has been an instructor for their scholarship program. Many of her students have gone on to teach and also to dance professionally in the nation’s most recognized entertainment venues such as L.A., Chicago, Disney World, Las Vegas, and New York City.
