Welcome to The Silent Mind.  Here, we take an enlightened approach to fitness and health.  We’re located in Twinsburg, Ohio on Twinsburg Town Square.  Our 3600 square foot studio encompasses a retail area containing healthy and interesting holistic products, two workout rooms for our classes and seminars, and our in-house partners the  Wellspring Studio and NEO Acupuncture.

We offer a full compliment of martial art classes conducted by Your Best Defense Martial Arts Center and Three Streams School of Aikido, Aiki-Jujutsu and Self Defense.  Weekly classes include:  Kickboxing, Yi Ran Dao kung fu, Aikido and Aiki Jujutsu, and our kids programs called AboutFace and Lil’ Dragons. The Wellspring Studio offers a unique suite of massage and alternative therapy treatments including Acupuncture, Reiki, Ortho-Bionomy®, Ayurvedic Massage, and Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage in its studio inside The Silent Mind.
