Our practice is patient-orientated. We spend considerable time with patients and their families explaining what test results mean and how hearing loss impacts quality of life. I have had very good results with Cleartone Hearing Services. They are very thorough with there exams. I have a wide choice of programs that they can put in my hearing aids. But the best part is I can hear much better due to there help with me. I would recommend them to anyone who has a hearing problem.
When I came in to Cleartone I received courteous and thorough service. Pat explained all of my options and helped me decide which was best. I received my hearing aids promptly and they brought me back in until I was comfortable. Any problem I have is taken care of right away and I am not put on a waiting list. I feel blessed to work with them.
The personnel at Cleartone are always friendly, helpful and professional. During the past twenty years, Pat has several times researched assistance aides to meet my needs in various circumstances. In addition to hearing aides, I purchased the Comfort Contego Hearing Assistance System to use for meetings and group discussions. This has been a great benefit at work, group meetings and various appointments. I also purchased a Senheiser Unit with neck loop for listening to the TV and ClearSounds CLA7v2 to use with various types of phones. Through Cleartone I was able to try the devices prior to purchasing, as well as other alternatives before making my decisions.
I would tell anyone looking for hearing aids to try Cleartone you will really be pleasantly pleased with service and the great way the staff treats customers as well. The only thing your missing is what you donot hear if you donot visit Cleartone Please give them a try I know I am glad I did.
