Hospice & Palliative Care of Greater Wayne County, “your community hospice,” provides quality compassionate end of life care. Peace, dignity and quality of life can be achieved, even in the dying process. While we can’t always add days to life, we can add life to days.

            Founded in 1982, Hospice & Palliative Care of Greater Wayne County is a non-profit agency that serves those who live in Holmes, Medina and Wayne Counties and surrounding areas. We provide quality end of life care for patients and their families. Hospice care can be provided in the patient’s home, an assisted living setting, a hospital or a nursing home.
